We are proud of our strong and supportive partnership with the EU
Solas Sustainable Energy Fund is supported by the Private Finance for Energy Efficiency (PF4EE) initiative, a financial instrument funded through the EU LIFE Programme and set up by the EIB and the European Commission. The LIFE Programme is the EU’s funding instrument for the environment and climate action created in 1992. The LIFE Programme has co-funded over 5,500 projects since its inception.
Solas Capital is a member of Working Group 4 within the Investors Dialogue on Energy (ID-E), which focuses on the topic of "Heating and Cooling”.
The ID-E acts as a extensive stakeholder platform, that brings together experts from the energy and financial sectors from all countries of the European Union. Its main objective is to assess and improve financing mechanisms, with a particular focus on mobilising funding under the REPowerEU plan and the European Green Deal.
